It is Blue Burro’s policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our web sites and applications. The data that you enter into Blue Burro applications is stored on servers. We do not use this data, sell this data, market this data, or share this data with any other party, nor do we use it for our own commercial purposes. This data is kept strictly confidential. Blue Burro employees may access customer data solely for the purpose of troubleshooting a problem, investigating a possible technical issue, or otherwise directly assisting that customer.
To protect your information, our credit card processing vendor uses 128 or 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure transactions. In addition, our vendor is certified as compliant with card association security initiatives, such as the Visa Cardholder Information Security and Compliance (CISP), MasterCard (SDP), and Discovery Information Security and Compliance (DISC). Our users who access via an https connection access and provide data via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection to the server. Blue Burro accounts require username and password to log in. When you're finished using a Blue Burro site or application, please click the "log out" link in the top right corner of your screen, to prevent someone from using your computer to access your account. You must keep your username and password secure and not disclose it to a third party. Due to the sensitive nature of your data, we do not re-send forgotten passwords. Users must follow online instructions to reset their passwords if they forget them. Passwords are maintained using SHA 256 bit encryption. Account passwords are encrypted. We cannot see your passwords. We can only reset them.
No company or system is totally safe from security breaches. In the event of a breach, we will notify you as soon as possible if a breach in security occurs which materially affects you or your users and will notify you of corrective actions taken.
We do our best to keep your profile data accurate. If your data changes, such as your email address, then it is your responsibility to notify us of such a change so that we can keep our records up to date.
Blue Burro may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to its websites. This information is for internal use and will not be disclosed.
